    Spend360 initially started work with our client, one of the world’s largest banking and financial services organisations, on its UK data, providing almost 100 per cent coverage of all invoices and supplier classification for indirect and direct spend in the UK. This quickly moved to an international roll out to all the top countries in the world with spend360 providing insight into more than 90 per cent of global spend (with 95 per cent of all spend classified within that 90 per cent). In a three-month project from conception to training, spend360 gave the corporation, for the first time, a global view over all its spend data.

    Spend360 manages all the spend for one of the world’s largest sports goods manufacturers after replacing a system that did not provide the international coverage or language support required. We process several million lines of invoices into a truly global view of the procurement data. Spend360 translates Chinese, Korean, Japanese and Thai supplier names into English proper names to provide a consistent global view of shared international suppliers, while keeping the record of the original name in the data set.

  • Lower costs and full visibility of worldwide spend – inside a month


    Like many global companies our client, an iconic UK-based music and entertainment retailer, did not have full visibility of its spend and its data was not correctly classified. Spend360 was asked to help and within a month our platform was up and running and all data was held securely behind their firewall. This allowed the rationalisation of all supplier information and a full view of more than 99 per cent of the volume of invoices. These fundamental reforms to its data management meant the company could build a successful cost reduction programme that has enabled it to hit sales targets.
